Beer Darts

The laws..

General

  • Each team will have 4 cans of beer in front of them total, must be placed on the line
  • Beers must be placed on their team's line
  • Teams will be set 8 ft apart in a Civil War style setup with 1 dart in play
  • Ref will determine which team throws first

Teams

• 1 beer will be assigned to each player with teams of 4
Teams of less than 4 will require at least 1 player to have an additional beer to get 4 beers on the field

Gameplay

  • Once the game has begun, the dart will be thrown at one of the opposite team's beer cans
  • The player owning the beer the dart was thrown at will then throw the dart at one of the opposing teams beer cans (if they have not been eliminated)
  • If the player is eliminated, the dart is passed to a teammate that is still in the game
  • This will continue until an entire team is eliminated or the time runs out.

Eliminating

  • When a can is punctured, the player that has the punctured can must drink to the puncture (So the beer doesn't leak out
  • Once a player's can is empty, that player is eliminated
  • If a player's can is punctured twice, that player is automatically eliminated
  • If the top of a players can is punctured (inside of the top rim), that player is automatically eliminated
  • As players are eliminated, remaining players can move along the line once during their turn

Tie Breaker

  • If each team still has players on the field after 30 minutes, the tie will be settled via Shotgunning contest
  • Each team will choose 1 player that has not been eliminated to represent their team
  • Team that chugs an entire beer first, wins the game
